Kelly was great, very knowledgeable about our destination. My only problem was that we hadn't traveled in years and didn't understand how seating worked on Southwest. We were unhappy about not sitting together on our way to our destination. We don't feel this was explained.

Thank you! You were wonderful! I wouldn’t change that! In fact we will be using you for our Disney trip next year. Things for the trip we loved were how nice everyone was, super clean, beautiful place. We snorkeled and loved that. Drinks were awesome. Draw backs were the language barrier and the food. Not a lot of American food. However, some of that is because we are expecting in November so food regulations are more strict :)
The only other thing is the pool was not open past 7pm. Hours were from 7am-7pm. Only entertainment started at 10pm-11pm. Dress code for the men at restrurants and had to have reservations... overall it was awesome experience. Very relaxing and loved the weather!

Thanks for your help, great trip
My daughter and I had a great trip. The weather was better than I expected-mid to upper 70's. The only negative was the morning we left. There was a lot of fog and it was hard driving to the airport, but we made it safe and sound. We came back with a tan (for a little while). It was late when we arrived in Tampa, so the *good* cars were taken. We ended up with a decent small car-got good gas mileage. The flight was great. We even got home 1/2 hour ahead of schedule. I would definitely use your services should we take another trip. Thanks for your help. Oh, yeah-we did see the manatees. My daughter loved it. It was the highlight of the trip for her.

Kelly took all of the trouble with travel out of our hands. She gave us estimates and options in a timely fashion. When our travel plans changed drastically, she was right there to accommodate our needs.
