Aloha, I have been in the travel business since 1995, and with Travel Leaders since 1996. There is nothing more satisfying to talk with clients who have just returned from a trip and hearing what a wonderful time they have had and the lifelong memories they made. It is my personal goal to treat each client with the same customer service and satisfaction that I want to be treated as a customer. Because of this, all my clients are either repeat or referral clients. I believe in responding promptly and value all my clients. One of Travel Leaders' definition of customer service is "Anticipating client needs before they tell you". And our main goal at Travel Leaders is to "Exceed our customers expectations". I am a Hawaiian Specialist and have been to 5 out of the 6 islands. I am also a Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) by Cruise Lines International Association. I have sailed on Royal Caribbean, Princess, Norwegian, Celebrity to Alaska, Eastern and Western Caribbean Islands and the Mexican Riviera. I am a Certified Travel Specialist through Travel Leaders. I have been to many of the Mexican destinations and also many of the Caribbean Islands, including Cozumel, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Ixtapa St Lucia, Aruba, St Thomas and the British Virgin Islands, Barbados, Antiqua, etc. I have been to Europe many times, going to be taking my first Europe River Cruise on the Danube in October. And of course many US destinations. It would be my pleasure to help you with your Dream Vacation.

Good morning, Carla! We had a great time and are only happy to be back because of our little boy. This snow can just go away! We had a great time! We enjoyed both locations, but we loved Wailea, probably because of the Marriott. When we go back, we’ll take our son and there would be more for him to do at that location. We liked both locations because of their beach walks. That made it easy to get to food, coffee, shopping, activities really easily. We snorkeled and scuba dived. We visited Iao Valley State Park and the Maui Tropical Plantation. We had some of the best meals of our lives! The sushi was hands-down the best we ever had. Three families celebrate in the Caribbean...

We've used Carla's services for over 20 years now. This year our family reached several benchmarks. While all our previous trips involved just two persons, this time we decided to include the entire family of ten. We had a significant birthday to mark, a high school graduation and a move back to the home state, returning after 14 years. Because our group included a wide age range--youngsters, teens, young adult, mid-age adults and much older adults, we turned to Carla to help find a place that had something for everyone and that was direct travel-wise. As usual she met our goal to a tee. We leave in March so the actual location is new, but we're confident it will be a great experience.

Carla is very quick to respond, always with numerous options and a very helpful and pleasant manner. She is a master at coordinating all the details and we have yet to experience any conflicts or confusion. Having benefited from her know-how at least a dozen times, Carla is always our go-to agent.

Fantastic five night cruise

Carla gave 200 per cent and was very patient helping us with every last detail on our five night cruise. Used another travel agency last cruise but after working with Carla when we book our next cruise we will sure give Carla a call

25th Wedding Anniversary to Never be Forgotten

Carla is a very professional yet have fun kinda gal and easy to work with. We wanted to go somewhere warm for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and asked for her advice on some all inclusive trips and keeping the budget low.
We went to the Riviera Nayarit area and just loved our spacious room with balcony and Jacuzzi. We had so much fun walking the beach to the flee market in Bucerias, and taking the bus to Puerto Vallarta River Walk. We also took in a cruise that took us to a remote place for a dinner show, which was just awesome to say the least with our guides who were just a hoot. Seeing the whales and dolphins from our balcony was incredible, it was truly a trip that we'll never forget. With all of our sight seeing and taking in the culture, we finally spent the last day just pool side enjoying everything we've done.
Carla will definitely be the person we reach out to the next time we plan a big vacation. In fact will be talking with her soon about a group going in 2017

A great no-surprise vacation!

Worked very hard to ensure a pleasant scheduling and traveling experience. She is very thorough and takes care of every detail. She is also very pleasurable to talk to. Will definitely book through her again!

The girls loved it!! Very smiple.

Carla provided several options on pricing. She work with me on dates and times. When I had questions on the cancellation policy she helped me understand. I had trouble with booking my shuttle back, extremely helpful getting me back.

She was so helpful and did additional research on tickets for plays. She made our trip smooth.

It was the best time for my two daughters and myself. I'll use her again and have told several people how easy it was with her help.
